1. Global Social Impact Fund II Spain, FESE (GSIF Spain)

GSIF Spain is a closed-end private equity fund managed by GSI and registered with the CNMV. The fund is classified as a European Social Entrepreneurship Fund (EuSEF) under Regulation (EU) No 346/2013 and as an Article 9 product under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

2. Alternative Fund Sicav-Sif Global Social Impact Fund (GSIF Africa)
GSIF Africa is a sub-fund of Alternative Fund SICAV-SIF, managed by FundPartner Solutions (Europe) S.A., a Pictet Group entity supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg. GSI acts as delegated portfolio manager. The fund is authorized for distribution in Spain. It is not marketed by GSI; its distributor in Spain is Inversis Banco, S.A. GSIF Africa is also classified as an Article 9 product under the SFDR.
